HOW WE STARTED

After watching a young family friend, Chelsea Lane, lose her battle against Friedreich's Ataxia, Joe DeBilio knew he had to continue fighting the deadly disease. There were also two other young people in Joe's life suffering from incurable childhood diseases - Nathan Mermilliod living with Hemophilia and Hawken Miller afflicted with Duchenne's Disease.

Joe wanted to help find a cure for these life-shortening children's diseases. His vision evolved into the creation of a charity that evenly divides an affordable $99 (or more) donation between these three charities, making it easy to donate with just ONE CLICK.

Friedreich’s Ataxia Research Alliance (FARA)

FARA's Mission is to marshal and focus the resources and relationships needed to cure FA by raising funds for research, promoting public awareness, and aligning scientists, patients, clinicians, government agencies, pharmaceutical companies and other organizations dedicated to curing FA and related diseases

National Hemophilia Foundation (NHF)

The National Hemophilia Foundation is dedicated to finding better treatments and cures for inheritable bleeding disorders and to preventing the complications of these disorders through education, advocacy and research. Established in 1948, the National Hemophilia Foundation has chapters throughout the country. Its programs and initiatives are made possible through the generosity of individuals, corporations and foundations as well as through a cooperative agreement with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

Cure Duchenne

Cure Duchenne’s mission is to save this generation of children and young adults with Duchenne muscular dystrophy. Their goal is to fuel hope for families, enable progress for drug development, and extend ambulation for patients in collaboration with pharmaceutical companies, medical and healthcare professionals, their scientific advisory board, and board of directors. Funds raised support the most promising research programs aimed at treating and curing the disease.
